colorblocked.




I don't know about you guys, but this week has been cray-zay.
Tomorrow we take our pilgrimage north to be with family for the holidays.
Normally, we are all excellent road trippers.  Stopping only every 3-4 hours for fuel and to use the bathroom, eating in the car, etc.
But now we have a 2 month old, and since our closest family lives 15 hours away, we are doing the drive in 2 days.  I don't even want to think about how we are going to fit the 6 of us, our stuff, and all the presents in our Pilot.  I'm just going to let Mr. figure that out.  
He's an engineer after all.

  4. I adore cloche hats. I bought my first one a few months ago and wear it all the time. We are leaving on Sunday for our family pilgrimage, thank God it's only 5 hours, but it is through the mountains. I only have 1 kid, but we sure have lots of stuff. Good luck getting it all to fit into the car.

    Loving your skirt and yes, I do adore cloches. Was looking at some earlier today but never actually tried one on, my head and hats don't go together that well ;)

  13. I've been following your blog for over a yr now, and as a 40+ woman who is also very petite, I take cues from your style. Granted, I don't try to wear the things you do because of my age, but it really gives me good ideas. I've tried on several pairs of "boyfriend" jeans because I like yours so much. Until today I had not found a pair that looked good on me. I found MY pair today and I was just so excited I had to tell you! These are from the Loft and I am in love! Thanks for continuing to share your fashion sense. It really motivates me to continue to look my best:)
